Extrication in Bannister Neighborhood

Company 3 and 12 units were alerted to St. Pauls Dr. around Allward Dr for the motor vehicle accident, to find a single vehicle with 2 passengers had struck a parked car and were barely breathing. First arriving EMS units advised they had 2 trapped and both patients were priority one’s. RS-3 arrived on scene stabilized the vehicle and had the patients extricated in 5 minutes. Trooper 2 and 7 were called however due to severe weather in the area Trooper 2 had to abort but Trooper 7 was able to make it to the scene. Command was held by Duty-12 who was in the area during the time of the call.
